For 10 year, I have been moving from one storage to another. I had lost a lot of my belongings due to bad management storage and stuffs. I had dealt wit vandalization, water licking, mildew, mice, dust and order. I am very satisfied with .SpareFoot I can now forget all the bad experience I have going through. I am very happy with my new unit. This is my second unit and I am hopping to rent third unit. Thank you

The unit is much smaller than described and the real price isn’t pretty much a secret until you have committed. It’s a bait and switch situation. I’m only staying with them because the administration fee was so high.. will be leaving soon.

The booking process worked good. My only issue was that I confirmed a floor level unit but it wasn’t available even after I confirmed over the phone. Ended up with a unit that requires the elevator, but overall fine.

This storage facility is very very clean and easy to access with loading docks and they provide moving carts to use. Also nice music is playing which helps with any type of moving stress. Elevators are very large and easy to use. I highly recommend this storage facility.

The move-in process was really easy. They even called the day before to remind me of their hours. Price for the location in town is good. It was very clean inside and there are dollies available to roll your stuff up to your unit. The only downside is a smell of mothballs. There are no moths, but I'm afraid my things will smell bad when I take them out of the unit. I'd recommend for people storing items that don't take up smells easily.

Super friendly staff, super clean facilities. My only gripe is that for as large as this place is, they don’t have enough trolley carts or buckets. I waited almost 25 minutes for one when I moved in.

This storage facility is very well kept and the service was prompt and helpful. (especially since I am a student who is using a storage facility for the first time) The location is perfect if you're a GWU student with access to a car, because the pricing is slightly lower than units closer to campus (albeit it is a bit of a drive to get there).

I needed a unit at the last minute, and CubeSmart was able to provide exactly what I needed. They worked with me to find the right space, the store manager is extremely friendly and detailed when showing me around the facility, and I feel that my belongings are safe and secure. Make sure that you ask what all is included in the price of the unit - you will need to purchase additional things such as a lock, insurance, a one time admin fee, etc. which will change the price that you see online. Otherwise, I've had a very positive experience!

This place is nice and clean, but it's tricky to get to if you're coming from the NW/SW of town. Taking a left off the bridge onto puerto rican ave doesn't initially look possible, so heads up. The one guy wasn't very personable, but the manager Roberto killed it. Offered options based on what we had without trying to upsell. He even helped get a few things off the truck to make sure the next customer would have it on time. Only thing I didn't like was that there weren't many carts available or out of the closet. Being close to a university, this facility seems to be used regularly. Having an abundance of carts would help.

Fast, helpful service, clean and well-lit facility. The loading area doesn't have a ramp though so if your truck isn't tall enough, you'll have to go up stairs or use the elevator to go up one floor to the main level. That was the only funny thing.

Good enough all around. Some false advertising. They say you can use their truck for free by you can't. After I signed the lease I was told they were closing the parking lot for the next 48 hours. The guy helping me was very new and not very informative.

Quick process for check-in / signing lease. Weird issue was that the alarm on the elevator starts going off after about 20 seconds (not nearly enough time to load in a full load). The manager actually came out and told us we couldn't hold the door open and gave us angry looks the entire time. There wasn't even anybody else waiting for the elevator...what does he expect for a storage facility?

The facility is clean and climate controlled. Only 1 slow elevator to access upper floors. More customer service could be available in carts and dollies 2 make getting to the units easier. The units do not have individual lighting.

We were moving from overseas and needed a storage facility to put most of our stuff. Not knowing what size room we would need, I made a educated guess based on research. I underestimated, but luckily the facility was very nice and accommodating and got us in a bigger unit with no problems.

Great overall service. Would recommend they focus more on customers who are present in person, rather than those on the phone. One person told me to stop talking to him while he took a call from a potential client and then wrote my unit number wrong, so we had to backtrack and go check the number again. Otherwise good service and the people at the desk worked hard to help me and answer my questions.

I'm coming from out of town and had to move in on a day that cube smart was closed. The manager worked things out for me and went above and beyond. He did my paperwork over the phone, gave me detailed directions, prepped my locker for me, and put my lock inside. He was friendly, trustworthy, and a man of his word. When I arrived, the directions I was given were right on point. There are carts and trolleys available too! The facility was VERY clean, no trash or junk lying around. Security cameras every where. I feel as though my stuff is very secure especially since a code is needed to even work the elevator. I'm extremely happy with my choice.
